The prize will be valid for one year from draw date and is subject to availability of separate prize elements. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their Congratulations Letter from RTW Experts and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
Exclusion periods apply – 1st December 2013 - 15 January 2014, 01 July - 31 August 2014 and 1st December – 31st December 2014. The winner must take their holiday by 9th January 2015. The winner can opt to pay a premium to travel during these periods.
No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas and travel insurance for themselves and their travelling companion.
UK ground transfers are not included in the prize and must be organised by the competition winner.
Current and valid driving licences will be required for this prize holiday for the winner and/or companion.
