Lines close midday 6th March 2014 and 3 days later for postal entries. Entries received after the competition closes will not count but may be charged.

There is one (1) prize of stay at Cliveden House, being offered for two (2) people staying together, one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.

The prize offered includes the following: 3 night’s accommodation at Cliveden House for two people sharing a Club Room including daily breakfast, one (1) champagne afternoon tea for two people, one (1) eight course tasting menu for two people and one (1) private boat ride on the Thames for two people (the private boat ride is only available between April and October).

The prize can be taken until November 30th 2014 but cannot be taken over the following dates: all UK Bank holidays, 14th – 16th February 2014, 18th – 22nd April 2014 and 17th – 21st June 2014.

The stay at Cliveden House must be completed within the timeframe stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

All holiday dates are subject to availability.

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine or the prize may be forfeited.

Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for hotels / tours etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. However, in this event, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

For the avoidance of doubt, transport between the winner’s home and Cliveden House is the responsibility of the prize winner.
