Posting for oddies. Nottingham Post

To celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday 30th March, the Nottingham Post would like you to take part in our drawing competition. To show your mum how special she is, just draw and colour in a picture of what your mum looks like.

A special photo supplement will appear in the paper on Monday 3rd March with a selection of pictures. All pictures entered will appear online with the name, age and a unique voting number so that our readers can vote for their favourite picture.

The picture with the highest number of votes from a combination of in-paper and online votes from each age category will win a lovely spa day for their mum and a friend courtesy of Eden Hall Day Spa.

There are two age categories, 5-7 years and 8-11 years. Pictures must be portrait style and A4 size for your child's entry to be counted. You will also need to add the following on the back of your picture. Child's name, child's age, child's school if applicable. [Although they haven't asked for it, I'm sure it would be a good idea to add your address as well]

heres some more detail

Promotion open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter or Amazon, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
A mobile phone is required to enter the promotion and internet access is required for a winner to claim their prize. Promotion runs from 28 January 2014 to 29 June 2014 (the "Promotional Period").

To submit an entry:

TEXT Galaxy to 88802 between:
8:00 am and 8:00 pm on any day between 28 January and 20 April 2014 (the "Hourly Promotion Period");
or
00:01am on 21 April 2014 and 11:59pm on 29 June 2014 (the "Late Entry Draw Period").


Entries submitted outside of the Promotional Period (or between 8pm and 8am on any day during the Hourly Promotion Period) or by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected.

Maximum one entry per person per hour during the Hourly Promotion Period and one entry per person per day during the Late Entry Draw Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using (including but not limited to) multiple mobiles, multiple identities and multiple addresses will be disqualified immediately. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries generated by a computer will be accepted.

There are a total of 1046 Kindles (Wi-Fi 6" E-ink Display) available to be won, with one being awarded each hour throughout the Hourly Promotion Period (996 available), and fifty (50) being awarded in the Late Entry Draw.

At the end of each hour during the Hourly Promotion Period all entries validly submitted during that hour will be entered into a prize draw, with one entrant selected at random as the winner.
At the end of the Late Entry Draw Period, all valid entries submitted during that period will be entered into a prize draw, in which 50 winners will be selected randomly.
Winners will be notified by text within one hour of the ‘Hourly Promotion Period’ prize draw and within one day of the ‘Late Entry Draw Period’ prize draw and will be required to visit galaxychocolate.co.uk/winner to confirm the mobile number from which the entry was sent, their full name, email address and the address to which their Kindle should be sent. After submitting their details, a winner will receive an email confirming that their details have been received.

The Kindle prize will be sent to a winner within 28 days

Unsuccessful entries in an hourly prize draw will not be carried forward to subsequent prize draws.

Maximum one prize per person.
