Aftershave Recommendations for teenager please

Hi,
I'd like to get my 17 year old son some nice aftershave for Christmas and move him on from Lynx Africa body spray!
Trouble is, hubby doesn't wear aftershave and I fear the ones that I like probably aren't what teenagers wear.
Please could anyone recommend a suitable aftershave for a 17 year old boy/man?
Many thanks.

Diesel Zero Plus Masculine. £10 everywhere.
It's more of a play fragrance than a work fragrance, though. But at his age, it won't matter.0 -
Thanks. Will have a sniff when I'm in town on Thursday.
Any others I should look at please?

I had the same issue not so long ago (and he was on Lynx Africa body spray too
) I went with Diesel (the blue one) after asking young ladies opinions in the High Street lol. Davidoff Cool Water is also quite nice (maybe one for day and one for night?)

I use Lidl's X-BOLT eau de toilette for men as aftershave and it's fine. Plus, at £3.99 you can just get rid it if it's a mistake. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

Next do some really nice aftershave and perfumes, and they aren't too expensive.0

Point him at the internet & get him to research proper wet shaving.
Then get him a brush & almost any shaving cream from Trumper or the like. Sandalwood is a classic, as is essence of lime, and both smell much *much* nicer than Lynx.
If he even questions why, point out that a proper wet shave leaves him clean, smooth & a pleasure to snuggle up to hours later...0 -
Am in my early 20's and so is my boyfriend and he likes (and most of his friends) Gucci Guilty, One Million Paco Rabanne or a really nice one is L'eau Dissey Pour Homme (not that expensive either). These are quite modern and other younger men tend to wear them.
My favourite is The One Gentleman, I don't like strong selling scents (I do like lynx africa though) and this is gorgeous. So is Creed but at 80+ to much of spurge.
My advice is going on the boxing day sale or couple days after to Debenhams or Boots as most of the fragrances are half price. I always get perfume off my mum and can get two for the price of one gift just a day later.0 -
My DS2 is 16 and loves one called Millionaire by Paco Rabanne.0

My son is 23 now and has been using Boss Bottled for about 4 years, it's very nice and if you look at NigeWick's recommendation the Lidl one is a copy of Boss Bottled. My boy also likes D&G The One Gentlemen. Whatever you and he choose be sure to educate him on how much to use, most of the young lads I walk past on a night out seem to have bathed in Joop _pale_0
