Administration.. Holidays, Study Support

Hi all

Have found myself in an odd situation

The company i am contracted to, has gone into administration, and to be honest, is pretty shady with the employment law, not paying people holidays in the past leading to countless employment tribunals (is a group of smaller and medium sized businesses)

With it being through the administrators, they have asked for payroll info on the ones who are left, holidays still due at 31st october, etc, and payment is going to be made to all of them/us from the frozen bank balance, as far as i beleive

My situation is confusing me. The company (lets call it x) has paid for a year of my study support, with an agreement in place that if i leave i have to pay it back.

Am 99% certain i dont if they have gone into adminstration, but was wondering if anyone would know if they would be within their rights to do so?

Have been told they may keep me on, on a reduced hours contract, to look after the accounts (am an assistant accountant currently) for two of the smaller companies. (y and z)
Now if they put me on company y, would this contract with company x still apply if i was to look for full time work, and then have to resign to take this position, or with company x going into administration is that basically a null point going foward, is about £1600, and the reason i havent been looking for a new role, as i could not afford it if i left until had accrued a lot of holidays to offset against it

Or if anyone has links to who would be able to give good (and accurate) advice... is hard to know whos reputable in this field when googling

Hope that makes sense, can clarify if needs be ... heads battered, with this and debt problems through the year, am not meant to get stressed either with having Crohns Disease, as it can bring on flare ups
