Has anyone made a Xmas cake in Remoska ?

My oven is broken and as we are about to have a whole new kitchen we haven't replaced it. I am using my Remoska a lot and made a nice small fruit cake last week, but I wonder if anyone has dared to make a 'proper' Xmas cake in a standard size Remoska ? Don't want to risk all those expensive ingredients if it is likely to burn.....

Personally I wouldn't risk it. Even ordinary cakes have a tendency to burn, so goodness knows what a Xmas cake would be like after the requisite cooking time. I've tried small fruit cakes and wrapped them well but the fruit has still burned.0
