Hi All.. Wonder if anyone can help?
Went BR in Feb 2011 , now discharged, I am about to enter into a business partnership. Will my bankruptcy affect my partner, in any way? We will not be applying for loans, or any form of credit, for the forseeable future, But when it comes to opening our bank account with (hopefully ) Barclays, who we both use for personal banking anyway, how will they look upon me, and more importantly, will my history affect my partner? She is fully aware of my circumstances, too, by the way!
