HI
New to the forum but not the site and hope I am posting this in the correct place . I was wondering if anybody had any advice on Constructive dismissal ? . I have already sought advise from acas but would like to know of any success or unsuccessful stories . I believe I have good grounds but its always good to hear other peoples views on this matter .
Many thanks

The reality is that you will likely find more examples of the latter.
A very low percentage of CD claims are successful.0 -
It would depend on what you reasonings are.0

Each case is completely individual, you wont get help on here without details to be honest.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Did you report the bullying and harrassment to your HR department or manager? If not, then I'm afraid you will find this very difficult to prove
Change of role - in these times companies are quite often forced to change roles, but that does not come under constructive dismissal. They are quite able to do this under a restructure provided that consultation has been carried out.
By no support you will need to provide more information about what you do and what support you can reasonably expect? It can be argued that you need to be competent to do your job without support.
No appraisals or one to ones - these aren't mandatory by law, but can be dictated by your company policy. Again not grounds for constructive dismissal.
Without you being able to divulge the more serious matters I'm afraid it becomes a case of how long is a piece of string0 -

Hi , yes I reported it but wasn't officially acted upon , more like a sweep under the carpet . Another member of staff also reported it also . I know I need to go and seek legal advice but I was just interested to hear if anybody had been through anything similar0

Mine too..couldn't do a lot about it really as my boss was the MD's son!:j0 -
You need to say how long you have worked there, because it may cost you more than what compensation you will get etc.
Perhaps a compromise agreement would be a better way to go?0 -
Are you still working there or have you already resigned?0
