hi , i was wondering if anyone has any dealings ith these people or know if the have been taken over by another company. I'm trying to sell my deceased brothers house and the Land Registry has told me that this company has a charge registered on the property, i have googled all day but can not find a valid telephone number,i have called Scottish Life as thought it might be something to do with them, but was told nothing to do with them, all the other companies i have called have never heard of them ????

 • Okay, I've been doing a lot of research in terms of qualifying for a home loan and can't seem to find an answer to this. Many home loans require you to show a bank account statement of at least 3 months of savings. I unfortunately don't have that but the monthly mortgage is not an issue. Will my parents adding my name to their savings account to qualify for the loan? I need only experienced ideas. Thanks a lot.
