Hello!
I bought a pair of shoes a few days ago online and wanted to return them through a store (to avoid paying for shipping).
When I learned they went into administration, I called the nearest shop (Stratford) and asked them if they still did refunds. Was told that they stopped doing it as they were in administration.
This completely contradicts what their website says:
" Can items purchased on the websites be returned to stores?
Updated 11/11/2013 04.40 PM
Yes, you can return your item for an exchange or refund
if they are unsuitable to any Barratts or Priceless store
within 21 days of purchase. "
So I am a bit reluctant to send my purchase back to the postal address of their returns department.
Any idea of what I can do next ?
Shall I cut my losses and give them away to somebody who would need them ?
Thanks a lot,
Phil.0 -
If you can easily get to store I would suggest printing the page and taking it with you, sooner rather than later.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I returned some boots at the Derby Store and they refused to refund me yesterday , I had took them back within the 28 days quoted on the back of my receipt.0
