Equifax 'support'

I have done a £2 statuary check with the above and found a financial association which i believe is wrong.
There is no help in the financial association section on how to dispute this, however i found a link under the credit agreement section which says:
The link then takes me to the 'support' section where i have tried to log in and been told my details are incorrect. Assuming that this is a separate part of the site i have tried to register only to be told my email address is already register (no duh!). All i then get is a password reset option. I know my password is right, after all I've just done a bloody credit report and I'm looking at it!
Anyone have any experience with this? Any other avenues that i can go through?
I've also come to the conclusion that the whole credit report industry should be nationalised. It should not be this obtrusive to correct such an important part of your life!

If information appears in this section of your Credit Report relating to a person/s with whom you have no financial association you can apply for a Notice of Disassociation. To do this click here.

I have resolved this. It turns out that it IS a separate system and that i am in fact registered on it as a result of a telephone call i made a while ago. It seem they register my mail address on the support section, but because i never used it i had no details for it!0
