FTB mortgage application current address discrepancy

Hi,
I'm about to apply for a mortgage under the HTP-MG scheme. I have been given the agreement in pricipal letter and am just waiting for my telephone consultation with Natwest.
I have just realised/ remembered that there is an odd discrepancy with my current address (rented) when i check equifax to compare to my experian.
Basically i live in Flat 1 (of two in a converted building) the council have it as Flat 1 for the purposes of the electoral register. However everywhere else its house *building number*A (so ****A). British gas, water board and all online things where you select an address it's 'A'.
I did some digging when i first moved in and it appears that both are correct and official, and i only noticed when with experian it didn't show me being on teh electoral register so i spoke to them to get both versions put in to show concurrently.
Equifax now seems to have the same issue, when i signed up base on post code it found 'a' as my current address and is now showing me as not on the electoral register, but has 'flat 1' as a linked address where i am registered - but as there is the difference it has a big red mark saying not on the electoral register.
I am wondering how to approach this with Natwest, do i give them both versions of the address and explain it? or do i do something along the lines of (flat1) ***A, road I live on, etc.
Odd question I know, just wondering if anyone has any experience with this type of thing.
