1. Open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), CI, IoM and ROI residents only, excluding employees of NESTLÉ UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3. Final closing date for receipt of entries into fortnightly prize draws is Sunday 22nd December 2013 at 23:59.
4. 4 prize draws will be run in total. Promotional periods are as detailed:

b. Monday 11th November 00:00 - Sunday 24th November 2013 23:59
c. Monday 25th November 00:00 - Sunday 8th December 2013 23:59

5. No purchase necessary.
6. To enter, participants must:

a. Go directly to Facebook and log into their Facebook account
b. Become a 'fan' of the AFTER EIGHT Facebook page
c. Click on the promotion/prize draw tab, and "Allow" the promotion/prize draw app
d. Enter a name and email address to the AFTER EIGHT Facebook promotion/prize draw page.
e. "Accept" the Terms and Conditions, and click "Submit".

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted for each fortnightly prize draw. Bulk, third party or consumer group entries will not be accepted
8. There will be eight winners each fortnight during the promotional period. Prizes include:

a. Prize draw 1: 8 x After Eight Advent Calendar 185g
b. Prize draw 2: 8 x After Eight Advent Calendar 185g
c. Prize draw 3: 8 x 300g box of After Eight mints + 8 x After Eight branded apron (1 size: 72 x 86cm, 35% cotton, 65% polyester) + 8 x After Eight ballpoint pen
d. Prize draw 4: 8 x 300g box of After Eight mints + 8 x After Eight branded apron (1 size: 72 x 86cm, 35% cotton, 65% polyester) + 8 x After Eight ballpoint pen

9. Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be available, except that in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value
10. Winning entries will be independently picked at random from all eligible valid entries received by each closing date. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the full terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners will be notified by e-mail within three working days of each closing date. If any winner cannot be contacted within a further 21 days and after reasonable attempts - or rejects the prize - the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the original.
12. The Promoter is not liable for non- or late receipt of any entry due to operator or network error, or for any associated cost to entrants. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt.
13. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
14. By entering the promotion, Participants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image and statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion.
15. Prize winners' names and counties will be available via the official AFTER EIGHT Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/aftereight for a minimum period of 3 months after each closing date.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Facebook shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to the participants. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not Facebook.
