Hi all,
What is the best number to call HSBC? I have been on hold 25 mins.
My offer letter is due by the 22nd and I am still getting a lot of charges that I want to moan about!

That;s the only number, and yes you will wait until you've lost the will to live! Try emailing them via your Online banking, they usually respond on the same day.

After 25 mins on hold then 35 mins of 'We have no record of any claim being made' i finally got some sense out of them. After being told the 22nd is my cutoff date, it's now the 26th.
I can not WAIT to leave these space wasters!!0
