Hi everyone,
Not noticed a thread for this so thought I'd start one
It's my second week of full time work and I feel much more organised than last week!
Teas
Monday - Jacket Potato, Beans/Tuna and Cheese
Tuesday - Fajitas in Square Wraps
Wednesday - Stuffed Pasta, Sauce
Thursday - Frozen Pizza
Friday - Something Homemade Chinesey?
Lunches
Monday - Chicken Pasta Salad
Tuesday - Roasted Veg Tart with Salad and Brie
Wednesday - Roasted Veg Tart with Salad and Brie
Thursday - Soup, Cheese Pitta Breads
Friday - Chicken and Sweetcorn Pittas
OH will have tuna/chicken pasta salad or sandwiches.
Don't get paid until Friday so working with what we've got, could kill for some salad leaves/fruit though!

monday - chicken wings with some kind of marinade, stuffed mushrooms, onion rings, peas and wedges. I will have fish
Tuesday - cheesey pasta with garlic bread and salad
wednesday chicken roast dinner, sprouts, turnip and carrot mash, yorkshire puds, peas and roasties. everything but chicken for me
thursday - chciken and chips, salad. I will have fish
Lunches will be flavoured rice dishes, soup, sandwiches or leftovers out of the freezer with fruit and yoghurts
Breakfast cereal or toast
I have baked flapjacks and a cake today so that will do a few days and will use up what I have here0 -

I'm sticking to my food budget too, so I'm really pleased
Today we just had Butternut Squash Soup (with a chilli kick) with Warm HM Rolls, followed by dessert of Apple Cinnamon cake (using old eating apples) with custard... Just what you want on a cold evening!
I'm really enjoying being back on the bandwagon
Mon - Sausages, Wedges & Veg
Tue - LO Spaghetti & Meatballs with Salad
Wed - Bockwursten & Egg Fried Pasta
Thu - Mince & Beans in Pitta Bread
Fri - Chicken Korma Curry
Sat - Cheese Toasties, Scrabled Eggs or Omlette
Sun - HM Pea & Ham Soup with HM Rolls
Friday is DH Birthday (and babies due date!) so I'll be making HM Onion Bajihis for a starter, and DH wants cupcakes for his cake!
Due to being uncumbersome in the kitchen, meals are on the easier side Monday - Thursday when I have no help in the kitchen.
Hoping for another week of being good
We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy!:dance: Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240 -
This is what we will be having this week.
Monday- HM Pizza with HM garlic dough balls
Tuesday- Kedgeree
Wednesday- Sweet chilli lime chicken pasta
Thursday-Pork loin stir fry
Friday- HM cheese and onion quiche with chips and beans
Saturday- HM spicy lentil burgers with HM garlic bread
Sunday- HM curry using what ever is left that needs using with HM egg fried rice and prawn crackers.
I shouldn't need to buy anything except potatoes and a bag of stirfry. I've been buying MRMs 50p a bag stirfry and it is really good and does the four of us.
So I should have a minimal spend week.
Lunches will be chicken sweetcorn soup and left over gammon and yellow split pea soups.
For snacks I will make cheese biscuits and a batch of flapjacks. There is also a tonne of dried fruit to snack on.£36/£240

T - Pork steaks with mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots and gravy
W - Soup and sandwiches (out in eve)
T - Spaghetti with spinach and bacon
F - Bacon and mushroom risotto
S - Pulled pork rolls with new potatoes and corn
S - Fajitas with refried beans and corn
Lunches will be soup, toasted muffins, beans on toast or tuna sandwiches.
Breakfasts will be eggs, cereal or toast.
Fruit and yogurt for snacks.

Mon - Pasta Bolognaise (tomato sauce made Sunday for this)
Tues - Pork Casserole with Dumplings (DD) / Yorksire Puddings (OH)
Wed - Beef Chowmein
Thurs - Meatballs and Pasta
Fri - Chicken Curry, Rice and Naan Bread
Breakfasts will be fruit, cereal bars or porridge
Lunches will be Ham or Chicken Wraps, Roast Veg Pasta or Leftovers also some soup in the freezer
Snacks are HM Chocolate and Orange Cakes, flapjacks or chocolate crispy squares and the fruit bowl is full0 -

Friday - Lunch - Falafel in wraps, Tea - chicken chasni / chickpea korma, rice and naan bread
Saturday - Lunch - pizza, Tea - Hippy Pie / veggie cannelloni
Sunday - Lunch - french toast with cheese, Tea - roast pork, roast spuds and parsnips

S - a Mexican feast of Chipotle Potato skins, chicken thingys (hah they're in the freezer, and HM potato and spinach empanadas)

Mon - DH - HM chicken & mushroom pie, me fried egg. Both served with bubble & squeak & baked beans
Tue - Steak, mushrooms, onions & either HM chips or jacket potato
Wed - Coq au vin (already cooked & frozen); mashed potato & veg
Thurs - Bacon, egg, chips & beans
Fri - Spag bol (bolognaise sauce already cooked & frozen)
Sat - Salmon in white wine sauce (James Martin ready meal) served with boiled potatoes & veg
