Experian's CreditMatcher

Hi everyone,
Has anyone here had experience at using the CreditMatcher service offered by experian? I've checked it out and looked at the loans etc that i can get. They basically say on the website that the products they show on CreditMatcher are the ones your most likely to be accepted for. What's the success rate of this? How guaranteed is it? Obviously don't want to apply for something and then get declined which will put me back a good couple of months before I can re-apply.
Reason I ask is because I got knocked back for a loan a couple months ago. This prompted me to sign up to experian to see what the issue was. I was pretty shocked to find I only had a 'fair' credit score in the region of 780 considering that I had never missed a payment on anything ever. It was only when I called experian that they told me they didn't have records of my previous addresses, thus not showing any settled credit from previous, nor did it show I was on any electoral role! So basically it wasn't fault I got knocked back for credit, was just slightly annoyed that experian didn't hold my correct information in the first place. I then had the searches from these lenders saying that I had been declined, again impacting it further.
Sorry for the long post, but I just want to make sure it's more a sure thing when I go to apply next time. Since getting all my information correct my credit score is now 'good' in the region of 880.
Cheers.

- Write out all the loan companies you can think of on little slips of paper
- Pin them all over a dartboard.
- Close your eyes
- Throw a dart.
The above method is more reliable than Experian.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

CRA's don't know bank lending criteria's, they also don't have your salary which is the benchmark all lenders will use. Make sure everything on you file is accurate and paid up and you're on the electoral roll. Credit scores etc mean nothing as they don't take into account your circumstances.0

You need to check all 3 cra's not just Experian.
Banks can use any or even all 3 of them and they are all prone to mistakes.
It's funny that we are expected to correct CRA's mistakes for free- they are getting paid for records that are supposed to be accurate. I wonder what percentage of people have mistakes in their CRA Records?0
