Problems receiving may Pay from agency.

Hi
I did 4 days work for an agency where the client sends in the time sheet. Upon receiving a text saying what amount is going into my bank account (this amounted to about one days pay) I was shocked.I contacted the agency, they investigated and said that the client had only put 8 hrs on my time sheet and had said that he did not put the remaining 3 days hrs because he had to rip out the work that I had done.Which is an absolute lie. I need to know has the agency still got to pay my remaining 3 days. They said on friday that I will receive 1 days pay by that night (which has not happened) and remaining 2 days on Monday.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

So they have agreed to pay the final 3 days. Do you have that in writing (email) or just on phone?
They should pay you even if the client is not paying them. The client has not denied that you worked there but perhaps that they weren't satisfied with what was done (and I'm not judging on the quality at all).
Why would they split the 3 days into 1 and 2? If the 3 days' pay hasn't arrived by close of business on Monday, email them requesting payment by made to arrive in your account no later than Wednesday.0 -

They only gave me this on the phone ( one days pay Friday and two days Monday). I will contact them again on Monday and see what they have to say, if am not satisfied with the outcome then tell them I am going to take it further. See if that changes things.0
