XBL Gold 48hr passes question...

I have a Xbox Live Gold account. I was looking at all the games I have and realise a lot of them have 24/48hr or whatever Xbox Live passes in them. If I add these to my account does it extend the renewal date by whatever duration they're for? i.e if my account was due for renewal on the 20th and I put in the 7 day pass code with COD:Ghosts does it extend that to the 27th?

2-Day & 14-Day Trial codes are not stackable. Only 1, 3 and 12 month codes can be stacked.

So, better to keep them to one side and only use them, when you need them.

ive also seen some refuse to work (as a current 12 month was active) - in my case it was the 1 & 3 day ones - and for some mystical reason i have yet to figure out - it stuck the one day one onto my 12 month one after it expired! .... however i suggest you do not take this for anything other than a glitch!
