Mortgage Brokers after BR

Anyone who's been accepted for a mortgage (either while their BR is on their file or not) can you please tell me who you have used please and your financial situation when accepted (deposit amount, house value etc.)

depends on a couple of things....how long you've been discharged#
and how much deposit you have (usually a while after BR the bigger deposit the better)Not quite a newbie as you think
