in Cutting tax
Hi all,
My Gran has had a free tax disc, when I've tried to renew it this year it says it's out of date.
Does anyone know how i can renew a Certificate of Entitlement? She is still receiving DLA and nothing has changed since 2008 when it was issued.
Had a look around the Gov website with no luck

A replacement certificate is needed when:
• the registered keeper or their vehicle has changed, or
• the certificate has been lost, stolen or damaged.
To get a replacement, contact the Pension, Disability and Carers Service:
• by phone on 08457 123456
• textphone on 08457 224433 (hard of hearing customers only), or
• write to DLA Unit, Warbreck House, Warbreck Hill, Blackpool, FY2 0YE0 -
My wife has one, she just renews it every 12 months as you would a normal tax disk and supplies her exemption documents.0

On her exemption certificate there is an expiry date and an address to where she can send it for replacement.
(Blackpool if my memory serves me.)I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0
