Andy McNab signed books

I can't be the only one that loves to read books by Andy McNab, can I? There must be others out there too.

If you're one of them, you can get a copy of Recoil and/or Avenger signed by the man himself from his official website www.andymcnab.co.uk. You need a Paypal account, and access to the internet on your mobile phone.

Can we get him to rappel from a helicopter in SAS outfit and deliver the book personally?

I would say there is very little chance of getting a signed copy

    from the site

Be one of the first 10 people to buy a copy of Recoil or Avenger by PayPal on the Andy McNab mobile site and receive a copy signed by Andy McNab himself.

I spoke to the company running the website, and they said that this promotion only launched today. Apparently theres still a chance of getting a signed copy of the books.

I was also told that they're limiting it to 10 of each book and not 10 in total, just to clear things up! :j

As much as I enjoy reading Andy McNabb books, I feel some of his Factual novels are a bit 'glory hunting'
If you compare his account of 'Bravo 2 Zero' to that of Chris Ryan's 'The one that got away' you can see a different perception to the actual happenings.

That said, I do think he has a excellent style of writing.

Seeing as Andy McNab isn't even is real name and we don't know what he looks like - couldn't this be signed by anyone?

I agree! He doesn't even write his own books - uses a ghost writer and puts his name to them. Oh well, each to their own. ;)

I don't think so. I went right off him after a BBC documentary exposed Bravo 20 as largely fictional, and most of what went wrong was due to poor decisions made by McNab.

At least the books he writes now don't pretend to be anything but fiction. But national hero? No.
