Cleaning hired suit - help!

I'm glad there are still a few people up. DH went to an event and someone has upchucked all over his hired Moss Bros suit - red wine to boot :mad:. I have Vanished the shirt and it's in the wash now, that had washing instructions so fairly confident it'll be okay, but I'm at a loss with the trousers and jacket.

Does anyone know if I can put Moss Bros suit trousers through the wash? We don't have to take it back until Sunday. Anyone got any ideas for the suit jacket?

If the suit doesn't come out well, does anyone know how strict they are about charging on the deposit? This sort of thing has to happen frequently, right?

Hi. Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately getting to the professional cleaners is a problem. Nothing is open on a Sunday here hence I was hoping for a home spun solution. As it turns out, 'it' came out enough to pass muster and was hung on the line to try and reduce the smell. I guess that it all seemed much, much worse at silly o'clock on a Saturday morning! I am pretty sure the hire charges cover dry cleaning my DD used to work for a company they hired out suits for weddings. On return they washed shirts and ties and dry cleaned the jackets and trousers so I am sure they are not expecting the hirer to clean them although getting the worst off would be appreciated.
