Stooping low into a punch as a first move is a pretty bad idea.
If you tried to nut punch me you'd find my knee connecting with your eye socket followed by a sharp elbow drop onto the back of your neck.
Don't be do sure. Back in my day I used to give a good hiding to any jonny come latelys. I have no trouble taking care of myself, in fact if I hadn't gone into BTL I would have been a boxer.0 -

Really? From FTB to BTL magnate in two years!I have my eye on a house - i currently have 17% of the asking price although I plan to try and get them down a bit. This will still leave me 1 or 2% short of 20% - I have heard there are more morgage options avliable for people with a 20% dep is this true?
