Anyone having a lot of probs trying to contact MySuperlist Support?

My family has had all their accounts suspended as we used the same address and paypal for our transactions.

My wife doesn't have a Paypal and my mum can't be bothered dealing with them at 73, so I do it. We use different emails to access the account so we can trace everything.

My wife has tried to contact them over the last week to send the details they wanted but nothing. Not even getting a 'we are busy' message anymore!

My wife sent a message on Facebook today and it's just vanished now.. :mad:

They owe us about £10 but that's not really important, would just like to get our accounts back as we were being above board with them and can prove it if they let us.

Anyone know if a rep still reads these any of these boards?
