As h and m sell in many countrys it might be worth trying various ebays to see if onsale abroad. Or do what samatha cameron does with m and s phone head office and ask if they can locate one in store for you.
I will look at foreign sites and see if I can find a 12. Can send dd to mk to try as big store.

It was an 0844 no I had to ring, not sure of cost and I was on the phone for over half an hour this morning while he just tried my nearest stores. Would have been much better if I could ring around. He would put me on hold and ring the store then tell me they didn't have it and then I suggested a different store for him to try. I'm sorry I lost the will to live after the 4th store.

Think the problem was that it did not show on their system so was difficult to locate without actually speaking to the store to see if in stock. I must admit don't think much of their stock system especially as it allowed them to take my order, admittedly with a delivery date of few weeks away but can't believe they didn't know until today they could not fulfil. Delivery was meant to have been 18th to 22nd.

Maybe I should try head office, but I'm too tired to think about it tonight.
