Check their website little t as I'm fairly sure they're a down south company. I don't recall seeing one further north than Gloucester :(

I'm thinking of doubling up for an electrical item. does anyone know if it went wrong would I be entitled to a refund/replacement if the vouchers show on the receipt?
I've not done this before and not sure how it works.

Oh, I'm sure I've been in one in Keighley..

Just looked on their website and they seem to be all over

It's called The Original Factory Shop, sorry for any confusion

if you change your mind you'll get a refund for the original value of your points

Or you can exchange for item of same value

if by "went wrong" you mean the item was faulty then you'd be entitled to ask them to repair/replace under warranty
