The last direct order I picked up, they only asked for my surname. On previous occasions Ive just shown them a copy of the order number on an email on my phone. I think you'll be fine

If it's a Direct order, I'm sure they will just hand you the package when you show the payment card (sometimes they don't even ask for that). The invoice will be inside the parcel so they will have no idea if you used CC vouchers. My husband and son have picked up orders for me on several occasions.I do have that but it's a different initial from the actual order...:eek:0 -
