No, I work away and work long hours. When I am home I restock the fridge as OH hates shopping to the point he gets sweaty!

He does the cleaning, and ironing goes to a neighbour to get done.

I'm a bit sore but have plenty of painkillers. It's more irritating that my hand is out of action, especially as it's my dominant one. Can't get the bandages wet either so had to wrap it in a carrier bag for a shower. On the plus side I get out of housework and nappies at the mo though I'll have to manage come Monday when I'm on my own. Stitches/bandages for another week yet!

Evening all, Naebbirac thank you for the tip about the sloes ( I think you were referring to my post) I have put the 3/4 I hadn't pierced in the freezer as you suggested, so much easier. I can now go and pick some more for my sister and freeze them till I see her next. If anyone is going shopping in Cheddar Pines (Cheshire Oaks) and want any sloes, I live close by and can pick some for you. PM me if you do as I miss loads of this thread.

Does pressing the spam button have the same outcome as reporting a post? Which is it better to do, please?
