Half a pack of digestives crushed with
100g melted butter and pressed into the bottom of a springform tin

Put in fridge to cool

Melt 200g toblerone and mix into
200g of cream cheese and
200g whipped/ double cream
Put topping on digestive base.

Think I'll decorate with rasps tomorrow

I costed this out and it works out at about £3.30. ..... Not cheap I know but really nice for a special occasion. Plus I have a lot of philly to use up from when we had the £1 off vouchers:)

there is no way on this earth that would last in this house until tomorrow, i think you would be very dissappointed if you had put it in my fridge overnight, because it would be well and truly demolished by the morning.:rotfl:
