I read quite a lot of blogs and articles by this lady. Not the Christian worship stuff, she writes a lot about trolling/ bullying on social media sites etc. She wrote a particularly interesting article about different types of trolls, the worst type being the ones that 'light a fire' and sit back and watch whilst others stoke it and get burnt. I can't find that article unfortunately. But there's a link to her blog at the bottom of this page.
