NO!
let me put it in layman's terms for you and maybe you might get it
it has nothing to do with store policy
the fact is you are entering a shop with the prior knowledge of deception of there property i.e. knowing that there is a glitch
DO YOU GET IT NOW0 -
Anyway, off to (in your opinion) commit fraud, M4rtin.0

I had post today. A typed letter, my name and address. Apparently Someone has died leaving £28m in an account with the same surname as me. If I forward 1% to help with the transfer costs they will split the money with me. How generous!:rotfl::rotfl:I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Here's something I'm sure you guys will be able to identify with...
I'm putting my flat up for sale and my biggest concern isn't how much it will make or whether it's clean, but where do I hide my stash so that potential buyers don't think I'm crazy!:rotfl:0 -
I'm sure that they can apply for a Court Order or Restraining Order barring you from going within a certain distance from a place or store.
If you then breached the Order you could be arrested, prosecuted etc.
I am sure they could. But as far as we know they haven't and have not indicated they have, to the poster in question.
They held her in a room and forced her in a high pressure situation to sign something. They may as well rip that up now as it means nothing. They obtained a signature through fear.
I am not saying what the poster has done is right or wrong but I would say the shop have committed more of a crime than the poster.0 -
how high is your IQ ?
were you shoplifting the next day I doubt it very much
you were a child she is an adult and she will get prosecuted if she continues or do you honestly think they will encourage her to commit fraud at there expense
I am talking about going into a store whilst banned. What are you talking about?0 -
