I welcomed someone who was new, they were talking about shares which I though was odd but welcomed anyway.
I am now less likely to welcome someone right away as I assume they get a weird kick out of it when they are an AE. I now wait and see how the posts go before my welcome is offered. Sad, but I still am learning about the etiquette on here.
