Milk Trays are £10 for 3 in A - So buy two (£5 each)
They are £6 for two in S

Why do you need a 'trigger'?

The trigger is the hidden gem. You buy it, but price comparison doesnt see it, equals a small gain. If you got 3 x milk tray, it would be recognsed, so no gain. Hth:)
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

Same amount of APG, but may as well chuck in a trigger item as doesn't cost you any more instore and makes the effective price per item £5.40 divided by 3 rather than divided by 2. So it's technically better. Or, looked at another way, in effect it's a trigger item free!

    oh you'd be surprised.....

however doing something about them is, unfortunately, not in my remit.

Could you not name and shame them!

Ps I have another one, in which I used to lurk but not posted in it as stupidly opened it in my real name! As I said I am technically incapable!!

works out 3.60 net for all 3

Bear of Little Brain here... Paid £10, compared £6, so APG of £4 plus 10% (can never work out what it is 10% of). How is that £3.60? What am I missing please?

I've seen posts showing working on APG since, but -:mad::o - I bet I went too late in the day again! Waiting up on the Lynx Temptations - I'm thinking there is some sort of update to catch me out between my shop and receipt entry - what is Msl now saying (a few hours on)? TIA again!

It's still saying the same now Savvy

I think somewhat of a loss if you got 3x MT. I was taking it OP was saying buy just 2 MTs - pay full price of £10 for the two (£5 each) and then APG to 10% off Sains' offer.

Moreover, if anyone bought 3 MTs, it would doubtless compare 3 for £10 vs S at 2 for £6, plus another £6:eek: as the third one is not qualifying for S's offer. S is £6 or any 2 for £6 on the MTs. So £10 vs £12, would take 80p away from any APG on anything else that filled the shop.
