I got the same identical email as that above, I emailed them again when it passed the Amazon time frame for delivery as it had now been a month since I ordered and got a reply asking me to check with my family to see if any of them had taken in the parcel, or to check in my post box - I've emailed again through Amazon saying that NO ONE has taken in the parcel and I would like a refund. I've not heard anything back as yet.

I forgot to mention that the toggle came off because it had split, so not possible to reattach it.

My bags have still not arrived, several emails exchanged with the seller who initially said they'd send a replacement order - but as the cat ones are now out of stock and they were wanted as little extras to go in hampers which I have now had to wrap and finish I asked again for a refund. Had another email from them telling me the refund would be made yesterday via Amazon backstage (?) but would take 3-5 days to process! Their feedback ratings are dropping looks like a lot of people didn't get their bags either. If I've had no email update by tomorrow I'll be putting in a claim back via Amazon.

UPDATE: Just had an email from Amazon to say my refund is being processed.
