Hi Everyone
I'm a long time lurker on these forums and although I've always felt that I am in control of my money, I've finally had my lightbulb moment.
Today, I checked my bank and I have £24 until payday next Friday. I don't have an overdraft facility and need fuel, food and I'm sure there might be a DD to come out before then.
OK, my situation isn't as extreme as some people's on here and I'm thankful for that and I'm not looking for sympathy or to blame anyone. I only have myself to blame.
Waffling aside, I guess the point in starting a diary is to get a plan of action going and to strive towards a resolution and healthier finances.
Admitting the problem is the first step as they say.
I will be back after I've done some number crunching... that's if I haven't vomitted when I see my debt totals in black and white.
