    I'm happy that they have offered you a refund and you have cleared the account, the only trouble is a default will stay on your account for 6 years. You do not want it on there 6 years from now, you want it to be correct and to be dated at the time your defaulted.

  • Current account default dates are not as clear cut as cards and loans, but should be reasonable.

    They have put you in a much worse position than someone who decided to pay nothing and be defaulted quickly. Against ICO guidelines.

    Well done on your success, but a new complaint on the default date is in order.
