Hi S. I'm glad you found that - it bears out my supposition that payments will go up for almost everyone. As I posted, I have a spreadsheet which needs a bit more work which I can let people have soonish.

When I've made it work properly, I'm going to rename it C-MESS 1 and sell it to the DWP for a mere £225m, a saving of 50% over the CS2 computer. It's a bargain!!!
