The barista in their Guildford branch today said it's any coffee, any size you want.

Quite a nifty app - you "check in" to the specific branch you're at in the app, so when I got to the counter and said I'd like my free coffee with the iPhone app they didn't need to scan my phone or anything. They looked at their screen, said "You must be Jonathan!", pressed a button on the till and the loyalty card in the app showed up as redeemed. Simple, but like magic compared to the head-scratching I usually encounter if I try to redeem an on-screen voucher!

You might be interested to know this is the chain part-owned by Tesco that's been in the news recently (unfairly, I think) for "hiding" its connections.

(And yep, it's iPhone only for the time being, but they say an Android version is coming later this year.)
