You could send a subject access request to them (under the data protection act - has a £10 fee). They should then send you a copy of all paperwork relating to the account, which should include the original agreement that you signed. They have 40days to comply with a subject access request.

I am sure this was my 1st request to them. I did send them £1 to cover costs etc. but am i speaking about something different?

    I will request the above

Should i just reply to there letter with a signature or just stand my ground. I can send them bills etc to prove its me at new address.

If you made a request for a copy of your credit agreement under the Consumer Credit Act Sections 77-79 then this has a £1 fee. This is only relevant to debts covered by the consumer credit act and current accounts are not.

A subject access request is a different thing. It is a request under the section 7 of data protection act requesting personal information held in relation to you/your account by the data processor (i.e the bank). They can charge a £10 fee to send you this information.
