What evidence have you got?
You set out your position as your defence (No knowledge of debt, no letter before action, haven't had a credit card for more than six years) and that has obviously worked, to the extent that you have a hearing.
It sounds to me that it's the claimant that has to provide a ton of evidence.
But you must turn up to the hearing (even if they don't).0 -

Nothing really, only the print outs of the letters i sent them, and just exactly what you said. I have no idea what sort of evidence they think they have.0
