    I suppose thats the trouble with cross posting. I also notice that if items are offered on more than one group. Members often forget to post a taken on the other boards!

    Gargling with salt water is good for sore throats, general oral hygiene and similar - it doesn't bother me - not very pleasant taste but not too bad
