Not sure if it is the officially approved route, Mrs Dawn, but what I did was to go to http://www.freecycle.org/groups/unitedkingdom/ and chose my county then my nearest group and click on "Join" then it opened a new email and I wrote "subscribe" in the subject line and sent it.
Must have been OK as I was signed up the next day.How sweet it is to do nothing..... and then rest afterwards.0 -
