christmas chocolates, biscuits

Options
Hi
I was thinking of making some Christmas fudge, nut brittle, Turkish delight and some biscuits, for home hampers.

My plan was to make them beg of dec, and put them in jars to give as presents.

Would this work?

And with the biscuits I want to make a Christmas tree from different size biscuits, them wrap it in cellophane and a bow, I've seen these in morissons and their shelf life says feb, if I did this and wrapped them straight away would they last till after Christmas.

these will only be given to family members and I would put a little tag on saying hand made by Chris.

thanks
