From the T&Cs:
The five winners will be selected from all eligible entries by a panel of TomTom and QVC staff. The judges shall determine the winner on the basis of which entry they consider to be the most worthy, based upon criteria such as story-telling and humour. The decision of the judges will be final and QVC will not enter into any correspondence about the results.
