There will be one prize available. The prize includes flights and accommodation to New York for the winner and one guest for up to three nights. The winner will also receive a £300 River Island voucher. Additional spending money is not included. 5. Only ONE entry per person permitted.
6. The competition will open at 10am GMT Thursday 7th November 2013. To enter you need to complete the online entry form on the at https://www.riverisland.com/styleinsider/competitions/win-a-trip-to-new-york-rihanna
7. Closing date for entries is 4pm GMT on Thursday 28thNovember 2013.
8. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all of the correct entries received by the closing date.
9. Prize draw will take place by 5.30pm GMT on Thursday 28th November 2013 and the winner will be notified at this time.
10. The winner must claim their prize by 5.00pm Monday 2nd December 2013 and the holiday must be redeemed between 20th January 2014 and 31st May 2014 inclusive. Details of how to claim the prize will be provided in the winner notification email which will be sent to the winner via the email address provided on the entry form.
11. Rver Island is not responsible for the organisation of visas (if applicable), authorisations via ESTA or personal travel insurance in relation to the prize.
12. Responsibility cannot be accepted (and River Island shall not be liable) for lost or delayed entries due to technical faults.
13. No alternative prizes will be awarded. The prize is not transferable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the competition, including the allocation of more prizes than are available.
14. In the event a winner fails to claim a prize by 5.00pm Monday 2nd December 2013 or is otherwise disqualified from the competition draw, the prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
15. Eents may occur that render the prize draw competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of River Island and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to River Island as a result thereof.
16. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity in relation to the prize.
17. By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
18. River Island’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the competition draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
19. The name and county of the winner will be available until May 2014 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Dept at the address below.
