Anything from bingo bonuses?

Having had some success in the past from matched betting I was wondering whether there was anything to be made from the frequently advertised free sign up bonuses with no deposit type bingo sites.
Obviously there is no guarantee of winning but also there appears to be no risk of losing. Is this the case? Can I work through all the sign up bonuses and just withdraw any free winnings?
Has anybody had any success stories trying this out?
