B&Q http://www.diy.com it's called "Sankey Wheel Bin Green 140L"
store collect only and site will tell which store have it but I think if your local doesn't you can go in and ask them to order it.

You can also get plastic garden storage trunk like boxes from garden centres and Argos and maybe other places that stock garden stuff like Wilkinsons and some large Supermarkets, not sure if they are cheaper.

you could ask on freecycle. I have a spare (someone threw it in my garden) and i offered it on there.

Go down to your local rubbish tip and speak to one of the very nice employees down there.
we got a extra one for just £6 .
