Some councils charge for them if they are a replacement or they get stolen.
You can buy them online
maybe here might be cheaper else where

Yes, but No luck
I really need one for my garden, as foxes are ripping black bags apart.0 -
B&Q http://www.diy.com it's called "Sankey Wheel Bin Green 140L"
store collect only and site will tell which store have it but I think if your local doesn't you can go in and ask them to order it.
You can also get plastic garden storage trunk like boxes from garden centres and Argos and maybe other places that stock garden stuff like Wilkinsons and some large Supermarkets, not sure if they are cheaper.0 -
If you have a Costco near you they sell them too...0

you could ask on freecycle. I have a spare (someone threw it in my garden) and i offered it on there.Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0
