Complaints contact for Virgin Trains?

Options
Just done a bit of googling. The Virgin website has contact routes, but i couldn't find one saying about complaints.

I've found 3rd party websites, but they're basically just folk having a bit of a moan. I want to complain TO Virgin Trains directly.

So i found this http://listentothepeople.co.uk/railway-and-train-complaints/virgin-train-complaints/292-virgin-trains-complaints-address.html but it's 4 years old. Does anyone know if this address is current or is there another address to direct complaints at now?

I would suggest using Customer Relations Manager, Virgin Trains, Freepost BM6613, Birmingham, B5 4BR (taken from the feedback download form available via the Contact Us => Customer Feedback page).
  • Ah so different to the one in the link then -

    Customer Relations
    Virgin Trains
    Freepost BM6613
    PO Box 713
    Birmingham
    B5 4HH

The one you've given will be more up to date anyway so we can use that. Thanks.

I must admit I didn't look at the link. Which is the most up to date I wouldn't like to say, but I expect either of them will get there.
