Glamour Mag question

Hiya
I went out and bought a December Glamour magazine for the free nail varnish and Body Shop Gift Card. I'm just a bit confused can anyone help? There is no plastic Body Shop card in the packet, is this right? On page 113 it says about the 'Joy Card' but there is nothing attached to the page, should there be something attached or do I just take the whole magazine into Body Shop?

I got this mag too and on page 113 the card is stuck to the page, it looks just the same as the green card picture on the page. Sounds like someone may have forgotten to attach yours
