Can anyone tell me if there are still non standard mortgages available.
My partner has a poor credit history, non guaranteed overtime but a high LTV...any chance he could get a mortgage ?

What exactly is the poor credit?
Defaults, judgments, late/missed payments?
If so, how much and date of registration?
What is visible on each version of his credit file? Don't know, order all three?

Missed payments on credit cards...cards now been stopped and hes paying them off slowly. No judgements / iva's.
Current LTV is 36%...sorry that should have read low LTV0
